Changes in the Supervisory Board

We hereby inform you about changes in the Supervisory Board, made in accordance with the decision of the company AO Holding Avtokomponenty, which, pursuant to the Charter of AD Plastik d.d., has the right to appoint two members to the Supervisory Board.

According to this decision, as of June 17, 2025, the membership of Katija Klepo in the Supervisory Board has ceased, and as of the same date, Ana Luketin has been appointed as a new member, with a term of office lasting four years.
