Appointment of Members of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 30August 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolutions onappointing the following persons as of 1 September 2022 to theManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.:

? Tomasz Zdzikot as a Member of the Management Board of KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A., granting him the function of Vice President of the 11th termManagement Board (Development) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

? Jerzy Paluchniak as a Member of the Management Board of KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A., granting him the function of Vice President of the 11th termManagement Board (International Assets) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

Information on the appointed Members of the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A., as required by the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state, the Company willprovide at a later date in the form of an individual current report.
