Subject:_#160;_#160;Appointmentof a new member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with aregistered office in Warsaw ("the Company") hereby informs that todayi.e. 5th_#160;September 2022, the Extraordinary General Meeting ofthe Company has appointed Mr. Jeremy M.J. Lewis to the Company'sSupervisory Board for a joint term of the Supervisory Board, entrustinghim with the function of Supervisory Board Member.

Enclosed to this current report the Company ispresenting the information about the Supervisory Board Member appointed- his education, qualifications and previous positions along with adescription of the course of his professional career. Mr. Jeremy M.J.Lewis is not involved in an activity which competes with the Company andis not a stakeholder in a company that competes with the Company.Furthermore, he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Detailed legal basis: § 5 point 5 and § 10 of theregulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and onconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
