Subject:Contributionto the JSW Stabilization Closed-End Investment Fund as part of theissuance of series F and G Investment Certificates

Body of the report:

The Management Board ofJastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company") hereby reports thattoday it adopted a resolution consenting to make a contribution to theJSW Stabilization Closed-end Investment Fund as part of the issuance ofseries F and G Investment Certificates and purchase InvestmentCertificates for an amount not to exceed PLN 1.5 billion (say: PLN onebillion five hundred million) to be designated to the liquidity andliquidity-investment sub-portfolio.

At the same time, theCompany reports that, pursuant to Resolution 5 of the JSW ShareholderMeeting of 3 June 2022, the action described above requires the consentof the Company's Supervisory Board and the Fund's Investor Meeting.
