KSG Agro is pleased to inform during summer of 2022, a number ofpractical steps had been undertaken to explore the opportunity tofurther process agri commodities, both produced by KSG Agro and thosethat could be purchased locally in Ukraine, in the EU. Two exportmanagers had been hired in the EU, to facilitate such activities. Givenprofound knowledge of the local agri market in Ukriane, on the one side,and extensive international network, on the other, current _#8216;food crunch'may create a number of far going opportunities for the Group.

KSG Agro is aiming to focus more efforts on exports of agri commoditiesin 2022/2023 season, which should both increase income of the Group (dueto trading component) and increase hard currency denominated income.
