1) James Van Bergh - 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votes at theGeneral Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the GeneralMeeting on September 30, 2022: 26,10%; percentage share in the totalnumber of votes: 15.47%;

2) Benefit Invest Limited - 295,421 shares representing 295,421 votes atthe General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting on September 30, 2022: 17,00%; percentage share in thetotal number of votes: 10.07%;

3) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 233,497 shares representing 233,497 votesat the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting on September 30, 2022: 13,44%; percentage share in thetotal number of votes: 7.96%;
