Proposal of a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company by ashareholder

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat on 4 October 2022 the Company received information from theshareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień", representedby Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., that Marek Wojtków willbe proposed as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company atthe Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. on 7 October2022.

The Company hereby provides attached the candidate's curriculum vitaeand announces that Marek Wojtków consented to be a candidate andsubmitted an appropriate declaration, which will be available on theCompany's website.

Legal basis: § 19 sec 1 point 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2018, item 757).
