By IC Euroins AD:

• On October 3, 2022 – Initial purchase under a contract for a repo transaction with 1,335,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1,480 and maturity under the contract on December 15, 2022 at a unit price of BGN 1,493;

By Starcom Holding AD:

• On October 4, 2022 - Initial sale under a contract for a repo transaction with 4,900,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1,000 and maturity under the contract on January 11, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1,019.
