The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 11October 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolutions ondismissal as of 11 October 2022 of the following Members of theManagement Board of the Company:

- Marcin Chludziński, President of the Management Board of KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A.;

- Jerzy Paluchniak, Vice President of the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A. (International Assets).
