Information on quarterly sales bookings and preliminary adjusted EBITDA

Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the estimated consolidatedrevenue excluding deferred revenue (bookings) in the third quarter of2022.

Sales bookings amounted to USD 77.2 million, which constitutes approx.16% decrease year to year, i.e., compared to the third quarter of 2021and approx. 3% decrease compared to the second quarter of 2022.

Preliminary adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter 2022 amounted to USD24.5m (excluding ESOP and advisory fees related to the strategic optionsreview which amounted to c. USD 3.0m in aggregate).Thus, in thirdquarter 2022 cumulatively adjusted EBITDA for nine months 2022 couldreach USD 52.6m which accounts for c. 99% of current market consensusestimates for the whole year 2022 (Company-compiled data). In the fourthquarter 2022 the company continues to focus on profitability of thebusiness.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that this report contains onlypreliminary data, which may differ from the final data to be publishedin the report for the third quarter of 2022.
