Sunda Energy Plc (AIM: SNDA), the AIM-quoted exploration and appraisal company focused on gas assets in Southeast Asia, has been notified that on 16 June 2025, Dr Andy Butler, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 38,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.025 pence per share.

Accordingly, Dr Andy Butler's total beneficial shareholding in the Company is 730,601,442 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 2.55% of the Company's current voting rights.
