EVISO EXPANDS IN PIEDMONT (ALESSANDRIA) AND LIGURIA (GENOA) STRENGTHENING THE SALES NETWORK IN THE DIRECT ELECTRICITY AND GAS CHANNEL

Saluzzo (CN), 18 June 2025 – eVISO S.p.A. (symbol: EVISO) – COMMOD-TECH company, listed on the EGM, with a proprietary artificial intelligence infrastructure that operates in the raw materials sector (electricity, gas, apples) – announces the strengthening of its sales network in the direct electricity and gas channel,through the inclusion oftwo new salesfiguresin Alessandria, Piedmont, and three in Genoa, Liguria.

The decision to strengthen the direct sales network is in line with the company's growth strategy, which envisages a progressive strengthening of the direct channel by expanding its presence in the territory. As stated at the end of the first half of the 24-25 financial year (July–December 2024), the Company has in fact incurred "growth costs" to support strategic objectives, including the expansion of the direct sales network.

The entry into new areas such as the province of Alessandria in Piedmont and that of Genoa in Liguria represents an important step: it allows us to cover territories that were not covered until now and to improve the effectiveness of commercial action. This expansion represents a further step in a path already underway, which aims at a sales model that is closer to the customer and supported by technological tools capable of offering a more efficient and aware service.

The sales network in the direct channel of eVISO currently has 28 sales figures, mainly active in the provinces of Cuneo, Turin and Imperia, a number in constant growth that demonstrates the commitment of eVISO to strengthen the direct sales network and expand its presence in the territory.
