Postponement of Financial Reports publication

Current report no. 10/2022 Date 27, October 2022

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that due to the ongoing military actions in Ukraine, associated with Russia war against Ukraine the Company is postponing publication of the annual financial report for FY2022 and first quarter financial report for FY2023.

The Company will properly inform the capital market participants about any changes and decisions regarding this issue.
