Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 4November 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolutionon the appointment of Tomasz Zdzikot as of 4 November 2022 to serve inthe function of President of the 11th-term Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A., who thus ceased to serve as the Vice President of theManagement Board (Development) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
The Company hereby attaches information on the appointed Member of theManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., as required by the Decree ofthe Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regarding current andperiodic information published by issuers of securities and conditionsfor recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state.
