Postponing of the Annual General meeting

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that the Company postpones the convening and holding of the Annual General meeting.

Due to the exceptional circumstances associated with Russia war against Ukraine, further escalation of the military actions Annual General meeting will not be hold on 12 December 2022 (being the date stated in the articles of association of the Company).

The Company thus postpones the Annual General meeting until stabilization of the situation in the Ukraine. The Company will inform the capital market participants about developments and decisions on this matter accordingly.
