TheManagement Board of Agora S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) with its registered office inWarsaw announces the publication dates of Agora Group's consolidatedperiodic reports in the financial year 2023:I.Consolidated quarterly reports:-for the first quarter of 2023 - May 19, 2023,-for the third quarter of 2023 - November 17, 2023,II.Interim consolidated report for the first half of 2023 - August 18, 2023,III.Annual and consolidated annual report for 2022 - March 17, 2023.Additionally,the Management Board announces that, pursuant to_#160;§ 62 section 1 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information published by issuers of securities and onconditions under which such information may be recognized as beingequivalent to_#160;information required by the regulations of law of a_#160;statewhich is not a_#160;member state ("Regulation"), the Company will not publishseparate stand-alone quarterly reports. Therefore consolidated quarterlyreports of the Agora Group will include condensed consolidated quarterlyfinancial statement.TheCompany will not publish a_#160;separate stand-alone interim report, pursuantto_#160;§ 62 section 3 of the Regulation, either. The consolidated interimreport shall include condensed interim report with the report andopinion of independent auditor and condensed additional information.Moreover,the Management Board informs that the Company will not publishconsolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2021 and secondquarter of 2022 pursuant to_#160;§ 79 section 2 of the Regulation.Allperiodic reports shall be published on Company's website atwww.agora.pl/en in the section Investor Relations/Reports.Legalbasis: § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuersof securities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to_#160;information required by theregulations of law of a_#160;state which is not a_#160;member state.
