Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 24November 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolutionon the appointment of Mirosław Kidoń as of 10 December 2022 to serve inthe function of Vice President (International Assets) of the 11th-termManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
