The name of the subsidiary FSG S.A. was changed to CARLSON VENTURES S.A. and its general partner FSG Spółka Akcyjna Investment Partners Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna Komandytowa to CARLSON VENTURES SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA ONE TERNATYWNA SPÓŁKA INWESTYCYJNA SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWO AKCYJNA. The headquarters of the subsidiaries have also been changed.

The name change is aimed at unifying the naming of the entire capital group and unifying its image for easier and quick identification of entities cooperating with the Issuer.
