Notice of Dividend Amount • Nov 29, 2022

TheManagement Board of CIECH S.A. (the "Issuer" or "Company"), withreference to Currents Reports: No. 32/2022 and 40/2022, herewith informsthat the Supervisory Board of the Company approved the payment of aninterim dividend for 2022, in accordance with article 349 of the Code ofCommercial Companies, in the total amount of PLN 79,049,863.50 [inwords: seventy-nine million, forty-nine thousand, eight hundred andsixty-three and 50/100 zlotys], which means that PLN 1.50 [in words: oneand 50/100 zlotys] will be paid for each share (hereinafter referred toas the "Interim Dividend").

TheManagement Board of the Issuer would like to advise that the condensedseparate financial statements of CIECH S.A. for the period from 1January 2022 to 30 September 2022, prepared as at 30 September 2022, wasaudited by an independent auditor elected by the Supervisory Board ofthe Company, who issued an unqualified opinion in his audit report.

Theaforementioned financial statements showed a profit, the Company hassufficient current funds to make the payment, and the amount of theInterim Dividend will not exceed half of the profit earned since the endof the financial year 2021.
