The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company") publishes the dates ofpublication of periodic reports in the financial year 2023:

1. Annual reports - Annual report for 2022 and Consolidated annualreport for 2022 - 16 March 2023

2. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023 - 18 May 2023

- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023 - 9 November 2023

3. Consolidated report for H1 2023 - 10 August 2023

In accordance with § 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided byissuers of securities and on conditions under which information requiredby legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent("Regulation"), the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterlyreport for Q4 2022 and Q2 2023.

The Company further announces that in accordance with § 62 sections 1and 3 the aforementioned Regulation, consolidated quarterly andsemiannual reports will include abridged versions of quarterly separatefinancial information and semiannual separate financial report.Accordingly, the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports ora separate semiannual report.
