Pavel Cyrani Remains Member of the Board of Directors of CEZ

Through its vote, the Supervisory Board of CEZ to keep the continuity confirmed Pavel Cyrani as the member of the Board of Directors of CEZ for the new four-year term effective from 23rd October, 2023.

Pavel Cyrani has been in the energy industry for decades and are recognized experts. Pavel Cyrani has been a member of the Board of Directors of ČEZ, a. s. since 2011 and presently heads the Sales and strategy Division.
