Delivery to subsidiary Helios S.A. of information onpending decision process concerning extension of overdraft agreementconcluded with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.

The Management Board of Agora S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (_quot;Agora_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;) in reference toregulatory filing No. 35/2020 of September 24, 2020 and 45/2020 ofDecember 23, 2020, informs that on December 23, 2022 it obtainedinformation that the company Helios S.A. ("Helios") obtained from BNPParibas Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("BNP")information on pending decision process concerning extension of repayment_#160;date of loan granted under overdraft agreementdated December 23, 2020 ("Agreement"). In accordance with informationobtained by Helios, until the final loan decision, BNP shall notexercise its rights concerning repayment of debt under the Agreement.

The Company will report relevant_#160;eventsregarding the above process as required by law.
