3Q2023 consolidated quarterly report07.11.2023By thisstatement the Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. confirms that theCompany will be submitting consolidated quarterly reports containingquarterly financial data as required under §62 section 1 of the Ministerof Finance Regulation of 29 March 2018 on current and periodicinformation provided by the securities issuers and conditions on whichinformation required under law applicable in a state not being a memberstate may be recognised as equivalent ("Regulation").

The Company will not publish the separate individual semi-annual reportin accordance with § 62 section 3 of the Regulation.

The Company further confirms that, pursuant to §79 section 2 of theabove Regulation, it will not be publishing consolidated quarterlyreport for the 4-th quarter 2022 and consolidated quarterly report forthe 2-nd quarter of 2023.

Specific legal basis:

§80 section 1 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information provided by the securities issuers andconditions on which information required under law applicable in a statenot being a member state may be recognised as equivalent.
