Annual reports:

2. Consolidated annual report for 2022 - 22 March 2023

Quarterly reports:

1. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 - 17 May2023

2. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 - 15November 2023

Semi-annual reports:

1. Report for the first half of 2023 - 16 August 2023

2. Consolidated report for the first half of 2023 - 16 August 2023

The Company informs that in 2023, it will publish consolidated quarterlyreports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 62sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information (hereinafter, _#8216;Regulation'), in lieu ofthe publication of separate standalone quarterly reports.

Furthermore, the Company informs that, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 ofthe Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports forthe fourth quarter of 2022 and second quarter of 2023.
