Title:Dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2023.

Legal basis:Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering -Current and Periodic Information

Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the"Issuer") hereby announces that in 2023 the Issuer's financial reportswill be published on the following dates:- annual consolidated andstandalone report for 2022 - on 26 April 2023;- consolidatedreport for Q1 2023 - on 17 May 2023;- consolidated half-yearlyreport for H1 2023 - on 20 September 2023;- consolidatedreport for Q3 2023 - on 22 November 2023.

At the same time, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the Issuerwill not publish quarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports forQ4 2022 and Q2 2023.

Moreover, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the consolidatedquarterly and half-yearly reports will contain quarterly andhalf-yearly, respectively, condensed standalone financial statements.
