ManagementBoard of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in OżarówMazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as: _quot;Issuer"), announcesto the public the fixed dates for submitting periodic reports in thefinancial year 2023.

?March 28, 2023 - annual report for 2022;

?May 23, 2023 - report for the first quarter of 2023;

?September 19, 2023 - semi-annual report for the first half of 2023;

?November 21, 2023 - report for the third quarter of 2023;

TheManagement Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. informs that it will not publishthe quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 and the quarterlyreport for the second quarter of 2023, in accordance with §79 sec. 2 ofthe Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018.

Legalbasis: § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the law of a non-member state.
