The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw ("Company"), acting pursuant tothe provisions of § 80 item 1 of the regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to besubmitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing asequivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State(Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757 "Regulation"),hereby informs about the dates of Company's periodic reports publicationin 2023:

2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Periodic reports for the year 2023:

-_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Consolidated quarterly report for Q12023 - 25 May 2023

-_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Consolidated mid-year report for the1st half of 2023 - 7 September 2023

-_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Consolidated quarterly report for Q32023 - 23 November 2023

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informsthat in accordance with § 79 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shallnot publish quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2022 and 2ndquarter of 2023. In the consolidated reports: quarterly and mid-yearreports published by the Company will present the quarterly and mid-yearabbreviated individual financial statements respectively. In accordancewith the provisions of § 62 items 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Companywill not publish individual quarterly reports and separate individualmid-year report.
