TheManagement Board of CIECH S.A. (the "Company") informs that on January31, 2023 Mr. Mirosław Skowron - a Member of the Management Board ofCIECH S.A. submitted his resignation from the function of the ManagementBoard of the Company with immediate effect, without giving reasons forthe resignation.

§5 pt. 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securitiesand conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state.
