In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), the Company confirms that Andrea Gisle Joosen, Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Grafton Group plc ("Grafton") with effect from 1 July 2025. Andrea has also been appointed as a member of Grafton's Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees and will be appointed as Chair of Grafton's Remuneration Committee over the coming months.
