With reference to current reports No. 18/2022, 10/2022 and 21/2022, theManagement Board of ManyDev Studio SE (_quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs thatyesterday, i.e. on February 6, 2023, the decision of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority ( _quot;KNF_quot;) of January 30, 2023, regardingthe refusal to restore the deadline for submitting an application forreconsideration of the case ended with an administrative decision issuedby the KNF on August 26, 2022, reference numberDPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB, imposing fines on the Company in the amountof PLN 1,200,000 and PLN 1,300,000.

The decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is final andmay be appealed against in the form of a complaint to the ProvincialAdministrative Court
