(translation of Polish version)title:Resignation of a supervising person.Pursuant to art. 5,item 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities andthe terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of anon-member state as equivalent information, the Management Board ofOrange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska", "Company") informs aboutresignation of a supervising person.

On 14 February 2023 the Company received a resignation letter from MrRamon Fernandez as Deputy Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Boardof Orange Polska with immediate effect. Mr Ramon Fernandez resignationis a result of his publicly announced decision to take up a newprofessional challenge outside the Orange Group.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to entrust the duties ofDeputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska to Mrs.Mari-No_#235;lle J_#233;go-Laveissi_#232;re.
