St. of Warsaw in Warsaw, 11thCommercial Division of the Pledge Registry regarding the entry into theregister of registered pledges on machines or equipment (hereinafter:_quot;the subject of the pledge). The entry in the register of pledges wasmade on February 23, 2023. The book value of the pledged item -machinery and equipment used to implement the detection chip productiontechnology developed under the _quot;Exposure_quot; project (another machine ordevice) was PLN 3,000,000 euro (three million euros) as of February 23,2023

Theregistered pledge will secure receivables up to the maximum securityamount of EUR 2,000,000.00 (in words: two million EURO).

Theregistered pledge was established to secure the receivables of ING BankŚląski Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Katowice under theloan agreement No. 875201900001843/00 concluded on March 29, 2019 andthe registered pledge agreements. The company informed about theconclusion of a loan agreement to finance the investment in currentreport No. 5/2019 of March 29, 2019.

Inaddition the Company informs that there are no personal or capital tiesbetween the Company and the entity for which the collateral isestablished
