With reference tothe current report no. 16/2021 of March 9, 2023, the Management Board ofCiech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot; or the_quot;Issuer_quot;),herebyinforms, that it has received from shareholders: 11) Drugi AllianzPolska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, 2) Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU"Złota Jesień", 3) Aegon Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, 4) Generali OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny S.A., 5) NNLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny S.A., 6)Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("Shareholders"),a statement according to which, in the opinion of the Shareholders, theprice proposed in the tender offer for the sale of the Company sharesdated March 9, 2023 does not reflect the fair value of the Companyshares.
