Withreference to_#160;Current Report No. 6/2023 of March 9, 2023 , regarding theannouncement by KI Chemistry S._#225; r.l. of the tender offer for the saleof the Company's shares (the "Tender Offer"), theManagement Board of Ciech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the"Company" or_#160;"Issuer") announcesthat on_#160;April 4, 2023, it became aware of the share price increase andthe changes in the timetable of the Tender Offer.

Theprice for the purchase of shares in the Tender Offer has been increasedfrom PLN 49.00 to PLN 54.25 per share.

Moreover,the subscription period has been extended until April 17, 2023. Theexpected date of settlement of the share purchase transaction in theTender Offer is April 21, 2023.
