With regard to the Current Report No. 1/2023 of 19 January 2023, theManagement Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs about the change inpublication dates of the following Energa Capital Group's periodicreports:

- the consolidated annual report for 2022 and the standalone annualreport for 2022 - from 21 April 2023 to 28 April 2023,

- the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 - from18 May 2023 to 25 May 2023,

- the consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2023 - from 10August 2023 to 24 August 2023.
