• Notification under Article 145 of the POSA by POD Budeshte AD that on 5 April 2023 it changed its shareholding in the capital of Eurohold Bulgaria AD to 5,05%.

POD Budeshte AD has increased its shareholding in the company's capital to 5,05%, representing 13 156 398 voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders through the three pension funds: UPF Budeshte 4.68%, PPF Budeshte 0.27% and DPF Budeshte 0.10%.
