TheManagement Board of Ciech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the"Company" or_#160;"Issuer") herebyinforms that on April 13, 2023, the Company received notification aboutthe submission of subscription for sale on April 13, 2023 in the TenderOffer for the sale of the Company's shares announced by KI Chemistry S._#225;r.l. on March 9, 2023, all shares in the Company held by the DeputyChairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Marek Kośnik, who subscribed forthe sale of 9.230 shares (representing 0,02% of the shares in theCompany's share capital).

Thesale of the Company's shares held by the Deputy Chairman of theCompany's Supervisory Board will be made on the terms and conditions setforth in the Tender Offer document.
