The ManagementBoard of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")informs that on 12 April 2023 the first meeting of the Supervisory Boardof the Company after its transformation into a European company washeld, at which the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Mr.Marcin Garlinski as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

In addition,the Supervisory Board of the Company elected the following members tothe Audit Committee on 12 April 2023: Mr Artur Osuchowski - Chairman ofthe Audit Committee, Mr Marcin Garliński - Member of the AuditCommittee, Mr Adam Niewiński - Member of the Audit Committee. The AuditCommittee, with the indicated composition, meets the independencecriteria and the requirements set out in Article 129 of the Act onStatutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of 11 May 2017.

Information onthe education, qualifications and positions previously held, togetherwith a description of the career history of the above-mentioned persons,was made public in current report No. 11/2023 of 8 February 2023.
