The ManagementBoard of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")informs that on 24 April 2023 the Company has entered into agreement forPan-European distribution of the game "Lords of the Fallen" ("LOTF")with Plaion GmbH (formerly Koch Media GmbH) with its registered officein Höfen, Austria ("Plaion") ("Agreement").

Plaion willdistribute LOTF in physical format across all European territoriesincluding the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech,Slovakia, Portugal, Nordics and Benelux.TheCompany remains as publisher of the game, Plaion will distributephysical editions across all physical retail channels.Theprovisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions forthis type of agreement.

The ManagementBoard of the Company considered it reasonable to classify thisinformation as confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of theMAR Regulation.
