The Board of Directors of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE, Warsaw, Poland (the Company, the Issuer) announces that on April 27.2023, it decided to initiate the process aimed at transferring the Company's shares to a regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In addition, on April 27 .2023, the Company entered into a legal advisory agreement for the process of change of listing with the law firm SSW Pragmatic Solutions Spaczyński, Szczepaniak, Okoń sp.k.

At the Company's next General Meeting, the Board of Directors will propose relevant draft resolutions, which will be the basis for transferring the listing of shares from the alternative market (NewConnect) to the regulated market.
