Resignation of a member of the Company's SupervisoryBoard

The Management Board of the issuer, i.e. VIGOPhotonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki(hereinafter referred to as: _quot;Issuer_quot;), _quot;) informs that on April 28,2023 the Company received information about the resignation of Mr.Przemysław Danowski from the position of a member of the SupervisoryBoard of the Company with immediate effect.MrPrzemysław Danowski did not give reasons for his resignation.Inconnection with this resignation, in order to supplement the compositionof the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of the Company willintroduce an item on the agenda of the next General Meeting regardingchanges in the composition of the Supervisory Board of VIGO PhotonicsS.A., of which the Company will inform in due course.
