Changes in the ČEZ Supervisory Board

At its meeting on 27 April 2023, the Supervisory Board discussed the statement of Bc. Milan Wagner's resignation from the position of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s., and at his request approved the termination of his position as Vice-Chairman as of 15 May 2023. Milan Wagner continues to be an ordinary member of the Supervisory Board.

At the same meeting, the Supervisory Board elected Bc. Radek Mucha to the position of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective as of 16 May 2023.
