ELECTIONOF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

TheManagement Board of the issuer, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with itsregistered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as:_quot;Issuer_quot;), hereby informs that on May 12, 2023 a meeting of theSupervisory Board was held, during which the Supervisory Board adopted aresolution on the election of Mr. Marek Wiechno as the Chairman of theSupervisory Board. The election of the Chairman of the Supervisory Boardwas made due to the resignation of the current Chairman of theSupervisory Board, Mr. Przemysław Danowski, from the function of amember of the Supervisory Board with immediate effect, which wasannounced by the Issuer in current report No. 11/2023 of April 28, 2023.At the same time, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. KrzysztofKaczmarczyk as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
