Pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Law of 29 July 2005 on public offeringand the conditions for introducing financial instruments to theorganised trading system and on public companies, the Management Boardof Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska"; "the Company") hereby informsthat on 16 May 2023 it received the following notification from PTEAllianz Polska S.A.:

"Pursuant to Article 69(1,1) in conjunction with Article 87(1, 2b) ofthe Law of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions forintroducing financial instruments to the organised trading system and onpublic companies (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2554, as amended;"the Public Companies Law"), Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne AllianzPolska S.A., which manages Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny("Allianz OFE"), hereby informs that as a result of the liquidation ofDrugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("Drugi Allianz OFE") bythe transfer of its assets to Allianz OFE, which was effected on 12 May2023 pursuant to Article 69(1) of the Law of 28 August 1997 on theorganisation and operation of pension funds (i.e. Journal of Laws of2022, item 2342, as amended), the aggregate share in the total number ofvotes at the General Meeting of Orange Polska held by Allianz OFE hasbeen above 5%.

Before the liquidation of Drugi Allianz OFE, Allianz OFE and DrugiAllianz OFE held the total of 101,008,824 shares of the Company,representing 7.70% of the Company's share capital and carrying101,008,824 votes, which constituted 7.70% of the total number of votesat the General Meeting of the Company.

After the liquidation of Drugi Allianz OFE, Allianz OFE holds101,008,824 shares of the Company, representing 7.70% of the Company'sshare capital and carrying 101,008,824 votes, which constitute 7.70% ofthe total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

At the same time, Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A.,which manages Allianz OFE, informs that:

? It has no subsidiaries holding shares in the Company;? Thesituation set forth in Article 69(4,6) of the Public Companies Law doesnot occur;? It also does not have any financial instruments referredto in Article 69b (1,1 _amp; 2) of the Public Companies Law."
