The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("Exchange", "GPW" or"Company") announces that the Company has received a notification fromPowszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. ("PTE AllianzPolska") dated 16 May 2023 provided under Article 22(5) of the Act onTrading in Financial Instruments (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 646, asamended).According to the notification, Allianz Polska OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny ("Allianz OFE"), represented by PTE Allianz Polska,announces that following the liquidation of Drugi Allianz Polska OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny ("Drugi Allianz OFE") through a transfer of itsassets to Allianz OFE, the stake in GPW's share capital recorded in theaccounts of Allianz OFE is more than 5%.Following theliquidation of Drugi Allianz OFE 2,273,075 shares were recorded in theaccounts of Allianz OFE, representing 5.42% of the Company's sharecapital.Legal basis: Article 22(4), (5), (6) of the Act onTrading in Financial Instruments (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 646, asamended)
