TheManagement Board of CIECH S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer")hereby informs that it has received a notification fromPowszechneTowarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A.("PTE")with its registered seat in Warsaw acting on behalf and for the benefitof the managed investment fundAllianz Polska Otwarty FunduszEmerytalny(hereinafter "Allianz OFE"), containing information onexceeding the 5% threshold in the total number of votes of the Issuer byAllianz OFE (pursuant to Art. 87(1)(2b) of the Act on Public Offering),which occurred as a result of the liquidation (taking place on12.05.2023)_#160;of theDrugiAllianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emertytalny(hereinafter _quot;DrugiAllianz OFE_quot;) through the transfer of its assets to Allianz OFE.

Prior tothe liquidation ofDrugi Allianz OFE, Allianz OFE and DrugiAllianz OFE, both managed by PTE, together held 3,389,024 shares in theCompany, representing a total of 6.43% of the Company's share capital.The shares held provided 3,389,024 votes at the Company's GeneralMeeting, which accounted for 6.43% of the total number of votes at theGeneral Meeting.

Afterthe liquidation of the Drugi Allianz OFE,3,389,024 shares are registered in the account of Allianz OFE,representing 6.43% of the Company's share capital. The shares heldentitle to exercise 3,389,024 votes at the Company's General Meeting,which accounts for 6.43% of the total number of votes at the GeneralMeeting.

PowszechneTowarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A., which manages Allianz OFE,also informed the Company that: (i) it has no subsidiaries holdingshares in the Company, (ii) there is no situation described in Article69(4)(6) of the aforementioned Act, (iii) it also has no financialinstruments referred to in Article 69b(1)(1) and (2) of theaforementioned Act.
