The Management Board of Cl Games SEwith its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")announces that it has decided today to set the conditions for the globalrelease of the game "Lords of the Fallen" ("LOTF").

The Management Board of the Companyannounces that the LOTF game will be available for PC and PlayStation 5and Xbox Series X|S platforms. The LOTF gamewillbe available in three versions Standard, Deluxe and Collector's Editionand the following prices have been set for each version:

a)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Standard-$69.99/_#8364;69.99;

b)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Deluxe- $79.99/_#8364;79.99;

c)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Collector'sEdition - $249.99/_#8364;229.99.

The Management Board of the Companyhas decided to set a release date for the LOTF game on 13 October 2023.

The Management Board of the Companyconsidered it reasonable to classify this information as confidentialwithin the meaning of Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation.
