TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("Company"),pursuant to Article 399 § 1 and Article 402 (1) § 1 and_#160;2 of theCommercial Company Code and § 22 sec. 1 of the Company's Articles ofAssociation, hereby convenes an Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of theCompany ("Ordinary Shareholder Meeting", "OSM"), which will take placein the Company's registered office at Aleja Jana Pawła II 4, 44-330Jastrzębie-Zdrój, conference room no. 502 on the 5th floor, at 10:00a.m. on 16 June 2023.

Attachedis the Management Board's announcement on convening the OrdinaryShareholder Meeting made in compliance with Article 402 (2) of CCC anddraft resolutions to be voted on during the meeting and documentsrelevant to the resolutions.

Inaddition, the Company announces that the following documents:
