TheManagement Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot;or the _quot;Issuer_quot;),herebyinforms, that it has received from Shareholder -Allianz Polska OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny (the _quot;Shareholder_quot;), acting pursuant toarticle 401 § 4 of the Code of Commercial Companies, a submission of adraft resolution concerning an item on the agenda of the Annual GeneralMeeting convened for May 25, 2023, i.e. resolution on the distributionof net profit for the financial year 2022.
