(the "Company", the "Issuer")informs that, on 26 May 2023, the management board of the Companyapproved and signed, pursuant to Article 431 § 7 in conjunction withArticle 311 of the act of 15 September 2000 - the Commercial CompaniesCode (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1467, as amended), a report inconnection with the proposed contribution in-kind to the Company of anorganised part of the enterprise comprising the "Residential BusinessDivision of Echo Investment S.A.". The report constitutes a schedule tothis current report.
